この利用規約は、コメントの投稿に適用されます。当MAPシステムを通して、みなさまにより良いコミュニケーションの成立を提供するサービスを目指しております。
他のお客様が、旅の体験の際の参考になるコメントをお待ちしております。
また、お客様はコメント投稿をされることにより、本規約に同意されたものとみなされます。
免責事項
- お客様から頂戴した投稿につきましては、当社は一切の責任を負いません。
- 当社は、お客様同士、もしくはお客様と第三者間のトラブルによって生じた損害に対する一切の責任を負いません。
投稿内容
以下の投稿内容については、必要に応じて非公開とする場合がございます。
- 第三者に対する誹謗中傷、名誉毀損の内容又はそのおそれのある内容の投稿
- 他人の権利（著作権、商標権、肖像権等）を侵害するような内容の投稿
- 掲載施設の評判を不正に操作していると当社が判断した内容の投稿
- 選挙・宗教・思想に関わる書き込み
- プライベートな情報（メールアドレス、電話番号、住所など）
- 他、レビューの運営にあたり、管理者が不適切と判断した書き込み
記載内容・情報等に関する注意事項
お客様が投稿したコメントは、当社がご本人の承諾を得ることなく、当社ならびに関連会社の広告・宣伝、利用促進の目的で、ホームページ等、Instagram、Facebook、Twitter、メールマガジン等に掲載することもございます。
Comment contribution Terms of Use
These Terms of Use are applied to contribution of comment. Through our MAP system, we aim at service to provide establishment of good communication by all of you.
Other customers look forward to comment to serve as a reference in case of experience of trip.
In addition, it is considered that it was agreed to these terms by customer commenting and being posted.
Disclaimers
- About contribution that we received from customer, we do not take all responsibility.
- We do not take responsibility for all for the damage that we produced by trouble between customers or customer and third parties.
Contribution contents
About the following contribution contents, it may be said that it is closed as needed.
- Contribution of slander for third party, contents of libel or contents with the fear
- Contribution of contents violating right (copyright, trademark, right of likeness) of another person
- Contribution of contents which we judged to operate reputation of publication facilities illegally
- Note about election, religion, thought
- Private information (e-mail address, phone number, address)
- Instructions about others, note mention contents, information that manager judged to be inappropriate on running review
Comment that customer posted may place in Instagram such as homepages, Facebook, Twitter, e-mail magazine for the purpose of advertisement of us and affiliates, use promotion without our getting consent of the person.
